• Open your browser and visit the Snapchat for Web app on your PC.
• Log in to your Snapchat account using the same login credentials as on the Snapchat app.
• Verify your Snapchat from your smartphone 
• Tap yes to confirm you are accessing Snapchat from a browser.
• Now, on your PC, click the “Get Started” tab to continue with the Snapchat Web version.
• Click on “Got It” to dismiss the message notification.
• Pick “Allow or Block” in the upper left corner to grant or deny notification permission.
